Rick has been appointed local resident director and public officer to several of our Australian group companies because of his understanding of our structure here and his skills in areas such as international and domestic tax issues, dealing with our locally appointed auditors and consolidation and head office reporting issues. He has come recommended by our solicitors and we are very happy with his appointment.
